We offer products on chlor-chloride resins - dedicated for steel constructions, on alkyd resins which dry quickly, which allow to obtain "dust-drying" after a short time and allow for efficient application of several layers of coating. Our Primer-Finish is an excellent solution for companies and production plants which paint by immersion and do not want to use many products in their production. One product allows to obtain a coating very well primed and protected against corrosion, as well as with a suitable appearance, characteristic for topcoats and enamels.

Epoxy primer thickcoat chemical-resistant bicomponent

It is designed for priming new steel, galvanized steel and aluminium surfaces exploited in the strong corrosive conditions of industrial, coastal, marine and submerged environments. Used as a primer layer in epoxy, epoxy-polyvinyl and epoxy-polyurethane anti-corrosion systems used in chemical, petrochemical and power industry. Epoxy paint is a chemically resistant and chemically hardened two-component product containing an active anti-corrosive pigment: zinc phosphate. Hardened coatings are well adhesion to the ground, matt, elastic and tight. They are resistant to chemicals, liquid fuels and solvents.

Epoxy interlayer thickcoat chemical-resistant bicomponent

It is intended for priming new surfaces or as an intermediate layer in epoxy, epoxy acrylic or epoxy-polyvinyl systems to protect steel, galvanized steel and aluminium structures operated in an aggressive corrosive conditions of industrial, coastal, marine and submerged environments. Used as a primer layer in epoxy, epoxy-polyvinyl and epoxy acrylic systems used in the chemical, petrochemical and power industry. The MIO epoxy layer is a chemically resistant and chemically hardened two-component product containing iron gloss which gives the coating exceptional tightness. The hardened coatings are well adherent to the substrate, matt and elastic. They are resistant to chemicals, liquid fuels and solvents.

Epoxy enamel chemical-resistant bicomponent

It is designed for final painting of galvanized steel and steel surfaces primed with chemically resistant epoxy paints exploited in aggressive atmosphere of industrial and coastal environment. Epoxy enamel is a chemically resistant and chemically hardened two-component product. Hardened coatings are well adhesive to the substrate, high gloss, flexible, tight, resistant to abrasion. The coating is resistant to aggressive chemical agents, sea water, salt, alkali and diluted acid solutions, petroleum products and oil-based thinners.

It is designed for anti-corrosive protection of steel and steel surfaces, galvanized aluminium and cast iron, exploited in an aggressive atmosphere of the industrial environment. It is a chemically resistant and chemically hardened product which contains an active anti-corrosive pigment: zinc phosphate. Hardened coatings are well adherent to the substrate, semi-matt, elastic and tight. They are resistant to splashing chemicals, impact and abrasion.

Acrylic primer bicomponent

It is designed for the first painting of steel and galvanized steel surfaces in acrylic-acrylic systems. It is used for painting steel structures, tanks, pipelines, semi-trailers, machines and equipment operated in the industrial conditions. Acrylic primer is a chemically hardened product. It contains an active anti-corrosive pigment - zinc phosphate. It forms semi-matte and elastic coatings. It is characterized by high resistance of abrasion and very good mechanical resistance. The set consisting of acrylic primer and acrylic enamel is particularly recommended for fast-cross-linking anti-corrosion systems with high abrasion resistance and high colour durability.

Acrylic enamel bicomponent

It is designed for final painting of steel, galvanized steel and aluminium surfaces primed with chemically resistant epoxy paints or acrylic primers in aggressive atmosphere of industrial and coastal environment. It is used for painting steel structures, waterside parts of ships, construction machines, bridge structures. Hardened coatings are well adhesive to high gloss substrate, abrasion resistance and action resistance mechanical factors. The coating is resistant to sunlight and aggressive mechanical factors. Particularly recommended in aggressive industrial atmosphere, in protection where high aesthetic value and resistance to sunlight are required.

Acrylic primer-finish bicomponent

It is designed for unassisted painting of steel and galvanized steel surfaces exploited in aggressive atmosphere of industrial environment, especially where excellent resistance to atmospheric factors, high durability of colour and gloss is required. IIt is used for anticorrosive protection of waterside parts of ships, bridge structures, construction machines and steel structures. Acrylic primer-finish is a chemically hardened product. It contains active anticorrosive pigment - zinc phosphate. Hardened coatings are well adhesive to the substrate, semi-matt, elastic, tight and highly resistant to abrasion.

Bicomponent polyurethane primer paint

It is designed for the first painting of steel and galvanized steel surfaces in polyurethane systems. It is used for painting steel structures, machines and equipment operated in industrial atmosphere conditions. Polyurethane primer paint is a chemically hardened two-component product. It contains active anticorrosive pigment - zinc phosphate. It forms semi-matt, flexible coatings. It is characterized by high abrasion resistance, very good mechanical resistance.

Bicomponent polyurethane primer – finish paint

It is designed for self-painting of galvanized steel and galvanized steel surfaces in places where excellent weather resistance, high colour and gloss durability are required. It is used for painting steel structures, tanks, machines and equipment. Polyurethane hybrid (primer – finish) is a chemically hardened two-component product. It contains active anticorrosive pigment - zinc phosphate. Cured coatings are well adherent to the substrate, semi-matt, flexible, tight with high abrasion resistance.

Bicomponent polyurethane finish paint

It is designed for final painting of steel, galvanized steel and aluminium surfaces primed with chemically resistant epoxy paints or polyurethane paints for priming used in aggressive atmosphere of industrial and coastal environment. Used for painting steel structures, oil tanks, fuels, gases, as well as pipelines, boilers, tanks and industrial installations. To protect concrete surfaces of viaducts, bridges, silos, etc. Polyurethane enamel is a chemically hardened two-component product. The cured coatings are well adhered to the substrate, with high gloss, abrasion and mechanical resistance. The coating is resistant to solar radiation and aggressive atmospheric factors.
